Payment Policy

  • Payment is due within 5 working days of the date of the invoice, except an initial assessment, which should be settled prior the appointment. 

  • The Customer shall pay each invoice submitted by Stay on Track Vet Physio & Hydro Centre in full and in cleared funds to a bank account nominated in the invoice

  • If the Customer fails to make a payment by the due date, then, the Customer shall pay interest on the overdue sum from the due date until payment of the overdue sum, whether before or after judgment. Interest will accrue each day at 4% ​​

 

Cancellation Policy 

  • If you decide to cancel your appointment please make sure that you let us know 24 hours in advance. We have a long waiting list of patients trying to get appointments at Stay on Track Vet Physio & Hydro Centre and poorly timed cancellations prevent us from offering these appointments to those who are needing our care

  • If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the missed appointment fee 

  • The entire appointment fee may be due if the appointment is missed without any notice. Additionally, our patients will not benefit as a result of missed treatments

 

Privacy Policy

  • Client personal details (name, address, contact details) are stored on secure storage devices while you are a client of Stay on Track VP LTD

  • Your details are only used for arranging veterinary referrals, for Stay on Track VP LTD, communicating with you about your pet's appointments, communicating with you or your vet about your pet's therapy and completing any required insurance claim forms. 

  • Your details will not be shared with anyone else. You have the right to ask for your personal data to be erased. Any complaints or issues can be lodged with the Managing Director of Stay on Track VP LTD (Olga Simlo) by email

Photos / Videos

  • We reserve the right to use video footage and photographs taken during sessions on our social media and website. If you DO NOT want your pet’s picture or video to appear please let us know

  • Please do ask for consent before taking any photos/videos in our Centre during your pet’s treatment. If you share them on social media, please make sure to tag, link and refer to Stay on Track Vet Physio & Hydro Centre in the same channel.
